Our members have voted Gary Mackay-Steven as their player of the month for September.

He makes in two in a row after winning the July/August poll.

Gary was a bright spark throughout the month, which produced mixed results for the Dons. But the winger posed a threat in every match as he finds real consistency in a red shirt, which has been recognised with a Scotland call up.

He took 36% of the votes.

Stopper Joe Lewis wasn’t too far behind on 23%, with captain Graeme Shinnie in third with 11%.

Well done Gary! One lucky voter will get the chance to present the award in person soon.
