Scott McKenna has been voted as our members’ Player of the Month for September!

Scott may have played only two of the five games over the month but he’s made a big impression, slotting in alongside Kari Arnason at the heart of the defence and forming a solid partnership that shut out both Motherwell and St Johnstone.

Perhaps a surprise call-up after the disappointing League Cup defeat, the young centre back has been outstanding and it won him 20% of the votes.

Helped by his Saints hat-trick, Adam Rooney took second with 16%, and Joe Lewis was third with 12%. His performance at Murrayfield will live long in the memory!

One of Scott’s voters will soon get the chance to present the award to him in person.
